@tootopia is back with a bang this weekend and we’ll be #salutingtooting by running a special Saturday morning session @thetrafalgararms .
If you’re a regular jiggler, like to jiggle every now and again, or have never jiggled with us before, come and join us for forty five minutes of songs, dancing, parachutes and plenty more. .
The session runs from 10-10.45am, is drop in, and all ages are welcome. First child £6, siblings £2 @tootingbaby @tootingdailyprss .

Those of you who’ve been to jiggle this week or have seen me around, will know that’s it’s been a tough week in the Jiggle household. .
School year group transitions and back to nursery after a fab summer holidays, have caused much anxiety and many tears for all of our three children at some point. Most mornings it’s been two out of three sobbing. Every morning I’ve felt like crying and my heart has hurt until I’ve seen them at the end of the day 💔

But, it’s Saturday and we made it. The sun is shining, every one is happy, I’m going to a spa this afternoon with some of the best women I know, and I’ve just been back to my favourite exercise class for the first time in three months. .
Yes, I’m gutted at my lack of fitness and how quickly I’ve lost it. Yes, I’m going to hurt like heck on Monday and Tuesday, but, I just wanted to put a massive shout out to @anyarussellfitness and all the folks at #recxercise - I feel more positive right now than I have in weeks. .

If you’ve been threatening to give Join In and Jiggle a go, haven’t been in a while, or are a fully fledged loyalty card holder, now’s the time to jump on board. .

At Jiggle, we follow the same song list every session for the half term, enabling the children (and grown ups) to embed learning through repetition- so even if it all feels a bit new at the start, you’ll be belting out the songs by heart come half term!
